At Butter & Syrup, we want to ensure your pantry essentials arrive safely and swiftly. Below you will find everything you need to know about how we get our products from our kitchen to yours.


Shipping & Delivery

  1. Processing Times All orders are processed within 1 - 3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (such as during the holiday season), shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay.

  2. Shipping Rates & Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

    • Standard Shipping (3-5 Business Days)

    • Expedited Shipping (1-2 Business Days)

    • Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders over.

  3. Packaging Our syrups and butters are often housed in glass or temperature-sensitive packaging. We use eco-friendly, reinforced buffering materials to ensure your items arrive without breakage.

  4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

  5. International Shipping Currently, we ship within the [United States/Canada/UK]. We are working on expanding our reach to international breakfast lovers soon!
